Wayne brings 30 years of experience in the development of technology solutions, cybersecurity, and products. His previous roles span CIO, CTO, President and Board Member in various sectors including BPO, federal government, manufacturing, and technology. Wayne's demonstrated commitment to delivering creative solutions has earned him industry accolades including an Orbie CIO of the Year award. He has been called upon to provide expert testimony on telco regulatory and legal affairs and serve as a guest lecturer in international business and leadership forums. Wayne is a Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Chief Information Security Officer, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Cisco Call Center Architect Expert (CCCAE).

Tina is a global leader in business, operations, technology, and sales with over 20 years of experience driving profitable growth from startups to Fortune 100 companies. She excels at creating aligned and engaged teams that swiftly connect with customers' top business priorities, offering solutions that build trust and long-term partnerships.
Tina's experience with private capital includes leading organizations with globally top-rated solutions recognized by Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, Stevie Awards, and Fortune. She has successfully grown technology companies, driving innovation and market expansion. She has won many sales and operations awards for top team and individual performance, including CRN’s Women of the Channel from 2020 to 2022 for her leadership in building successful go-to-market relationships with OEMs, SIs, and VARs.
Her previous roles include CRO, CIO, COO, and General Manager, showcasing her versatility and ability to quickly create structures that enable teams to thrive. As the founder of The Trinity Project, Tina is dedicated to fostering growth and excellence for women in technology.
COO and Managing Partner
Art brings more than two decades of cybersecurity expertise. A certified Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Art’s experience spans business sectors, including transportation, government, financial services, healthcare, and telecommunications. Art has held pivotal roles, such as SVP of Operations and IT Chief of Staff. His profound understanding of compliance standards (PCI, HIPAA, GDPR), coupled with his adeptness in deploying GRC frameworks (NIST, ISO27005, and the ISACA Risk IT Framework), has solidified his reputation as an industry vanguard. Art’s background includes US Army service and work as a registered nurse. On multiple advisory boards, he lends insights to private and public organizations, and participates in key security organizations supporting private and government cyber-security teams. An authority on end-to-end GRC processes and procedures, Art has been instrumental in the deployment of Security Operations Centers (SOC), Network Operations Centers (NOC), and other key operational teams.
CTO and Managing Partner
Jamie brings 25 years of experience in the development and management of technology solutions, cyber security, innovation, and process automation. He has delivered successful solutions for a wide range of industries, including energy, gaming, healthcare, telecommunications, and hospitality. He is well-versed in both COBIT and ITIL and holds degrees in both engineering and business. Jamie’s innovative solutions for enterprise technologies have led to new use cases for companies like Splunk and Microsoft, and he has delivered public presentations for companies like LoginVSI and PagerDuty. Jamie is an advocate for creating a culture of change at the enterprise level, cultivating a foundation for innovation to thrive and firms to grow. He is a member of the Rocky Mountain Technology Summit's Governing Body.
